"New (packaged)" toys are just that - new and in the package.

"Like new" toys are out of the packaging and in close-to-new condition.

"Good" toys have been rented out but are still in good condition.

"Well-used" toys still do the job but have more wear, like faded or worn paint, scratches, small dents, etc.
